US-NY-NYC: Network Administrator Position

** THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION FOR A MINIMUM OF THREE MONTHS **
An Accounting and Financial Services firm is seeking a Network
Administrator. A minimum of 2-3 years of information technology
experience is required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited
to:

* supporting, maintaining and administration of information technology;
* troubleshooting;
* installing, configuring and upgrading software and hardware;
* interacting with end users;
* light programming is available for qualified individuals.

The ideal candidate must wear many hats, have excellent communication
skills and be a team player. Qualifications for a successful candidate
include:

* Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows Server Operating Systems
and Windows XP Professional
* Familiarity with standard office tools such as word processor and
spreadsheet software
* Familiarity with e-mail programs, especially Lotus Notes
* 2-3 years of solid networking experience (server/desktop)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a close team environment
* Ability to move and lift monitors, desktops, servers, printers, etc.
